I’m very happy to have this book coming out – the nice people at AK Peters have been very supportive and helpful in this process! We’ve been working on it for the last 5 months to make it print-ready, and the end is finally in sight… I’m being told mid-December for commercial availability.
It’s funny, because the first copies of this book to be sold will be in Italy at the CDO Convention… I wonder how long they will last? I only have about 15 copies to bring with me. Somehow I am thinking they will disappear quickly… or at least I hope they do
